Synthesis of 7-Bromo-4-isobutyl-2-methyl-2,6-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-1-one (6a)

crude oil was purified by flash chromatography (hexane–ethyl acetate, 2:1) to give 6a (0.64 g, 47% yield).

¹H NMR (CDCl₃, 400 MHz) δ 11.59 (br s, 1H), 7.18 (s, 1H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 2.70 (d, J = 7.4 Hz, 2H), 2.12–2.09 (septet, 1H), 0.97 (d, J = 6.6 Hz, 6H).
